Most days, the noise gets first crack at you. Phone lights up before your feet hit the floor. Inbox, group chat, to-do list — all of it fighting for the first minutes of your day before you've even had a chance to seek God first.
I want to introduce you to a guy who decided to do something about that.
This is Josh Baker. Former CrossFit coach, personal trainer, the guy who's spent years getting other people stronger — athletes, public figures, everyday men and women who just wanted to be better. He's originally from the UK, moved to Texas five years ago with his wife and two kids, and calls it home now. Husband, father, and a man whose faith isn't a side project — it's the whole foundation.
Josh has helped a lot of people get physically stronger. Now he's after something bigger: helping men get stronger where it actually counts — with God, with their families, with each other.
That's why he's stepping up to lead 6:33 MEN.
It's not a Bible study. It's not a bootcamp. It's both of those things and neither of those things. It's men getting up before the sun, training hard side by side, praying together, and — yes — jumping straight into the lake together. It's iron sharpening iron, before the world gets a say in your day.
The name comes from Matthew 6:33: "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." That's the whole idea. Your marriage, your health, your work, your peace — it all follows what you seek first. So we're starting there. Literally, at 6:33 in the morning.

No membership. No experience required. No excuse good enough to justify staying in bed. Just show up, ready to work and ready to get a little wet — bring clothes and shoes you don't mind getting soaked, a towel, and something to drink.
If you're not local, come anyway if you can make the drive — or let this be the spark to start your own 6:33 crew wherever you are. This was never meant to stay in Lakeway. It's for any man who's tired of doing this alone.
